Hello and welcome to our little spot on the web. My name is Rob, and I've been going to Hilton Head Island on vacation with my family since I was about twelve years old (that's about twenty years!). In 1995, my parents decided to buy a condo when they found this one at South Beach Marina in Sea Pines Resort and fell in love with it. We visit the condo several times a year and rent it out during the rest of the year.
